o NADRA Technologies Limited reserves rights to change and/or closure of NADRA e-Sahulat Services without any notice. NADRA Technologies Limited may refuse to provide NADRA e-Sahulat Services to any person without giving any reason, in particular to prevent fraud or anti-state activity or to comply with any applicable law, order of a court or requirement of any regulatory or Government Authority.
o NADRA Technologies Limited does not accept responsibility for any failure in NADRA e-Sahulat’s communication infrastructure which cannot reasonably considered to be under control of NADRA Technologies Limited and may affect the accuracy and/or timeliness of online transactions at NADRA e-Sahulat as carried out by its users.
o NADRA Technologies Limited does not accept responsibility for any losses or delays in transm ission of information online due to the user’s Internet Service Provider and/or browser and/or third party software.
o NADRA Technologies Limited has a limited refund policy against transactions.
o NADRA Technologies Limited will not be held accountable in case of credit card misuse. Credit card owners are responsible for the security of their credit card data while using it.
o NADRA Technologies Limited does not accept responsibility for viruses/malware introduced by third parties during online usage of the NADRA e-Sahulat Services.
o NADRA Technologies Limited does not accept responsibility for any unauthorized use or interception of any online activity or information before it reaches the NADRA Technologies Limited facility.
o NADRA Technologies Limited does not accept responsibility for any unauthorized use and/or access to data relating to user or their transactions which are provided at the time of filing of online application by any party other than NADRA Technologies Limited.
o NADRA Technologies Limited reserves the rights to cancel/reject any online application for NADRA e-Sahulat Services without providing any reason or notification for doing so.
o NADRA Technologies Limited shall log all applicant activity on the NADRA e-Sahulat application for purpose of security and usage monitoring. Unauthorized usage may lead to criminal prosecution.
o Users are responsible for the security of their NADRA e-Sahulat username and password.
o NADRA Technologies Limited website is hosted in Islamabad, Pakistan. These terms are governed by the law in force in the federal territory and any dispute about these terms or the contents of this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the federal territory.
