Pakistan’s first and largest utility bill payment solution, NADRA has developed prepaid e-Sahulat disbursement and collection system to address the “Service-Divide” between Rural and Urban population of the country .The Online e-Sahulat outlets are designed to enable utility bill payments as well as performing electronic transactions after proper authentication through biometric and online verification systems using the CNIC.

This system offers a convenient, low-cost alternative to bill payments and other electronic transactions without compromising customer convenience. The consumer can use the system anywhere within the country. Its simple mode of operation, easy terms and conditions for franchising and its economic cost of operation combined with a favourable formula of sharing the dividends with franchisees are some of the reasons for its remarkable expansion throughout the country.

Billing Switch Clients

Beside its own franchises network, NADRA e-Sahulat has developed comprehensive billing middleware solution, which is being used for utility bill payment by Banks, Telco’s, MFIs and online payment solution providers. The switch middleware is equipped with strong infrastructure- comprises of servers, teams, solution, online reporting, reconciliation and complaint management system. Presently we are collecting and managing bill data from more than 27 utility companies i.e. 52 million consumer data a month approximately.
