As per policy, one person can have only one e-Sahulat franchise license only.
Minimum Hardware requirement is as follows:

- Monitor/LCD, Keyboard, Mouse
- Printer (Token/Laser)
- Internet Connection preferably DSL
Basic software requirement is as follows:
- Windows XP
- Internet Explorer 6/Mozilla Firefox
- e-Sahulat Application
- MS Office
