NADRA launched the first electronic ecommerce platform in the country through self-service KIOSK machines, which later evolved into desktop, web, mobile and online integration with corporate partners, with the brand name of NADRA e-Sahulat. This network has provided employment to thousands of unemployed youth and also added revenues to retailer’s income.

e-Sahulat is a low cost e-Services collection and disbursement platform designed to provide secure payment and collection facility to the citizens of Pakistan. The network currently consists of 17,000 + active franchisees and a switch connecting with Telcos and Banks with processing of average 12.5 million transactions a month.

In recent years various new products/services have been added to the existing portfolio of e-Sahulat, which include Punjab Land Record Authority (PLRA), Punjab Arms License Authority (PAL), Islamabad Excise and Taxation Department (ETO), Excise and Taxation Department (ETD) Punjab, Ministry of Housing and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
